Insurance and Billing
Sessions
$200 Intake Session,
$175 Individual Session
I am an original MediCare provider and will bill MediCare for services. Please provide a copy of your MediCare and Supplemental Insurance Policy cards.
Although I am not an insurance provider, I can provide you with a Superbill. You may be able to be reimbursed by your insurance company. Please check your insurance company’s policy if you plan to use this method, as requirements vary from company to company.
Payment
I accept checks and all major credit cards via IvyPay. IvyPay is an app which will text you for your information which you can input directly and confidentially.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your psychotherapy services will cost. Please ask me for more information.
